Founded in 2013 by designer Shaye Boddington, Shaye’s Tiny Homes began when Shaye designed and built her very first tiny home, “Lucy” — now proudly featured in our logo. What started as a personal project quickly grew into a passion and a business focused on beautiful, practical and sustainable small-space living.

After experiencing first-hand the freedom and lifestyle benefits of tiny home living, and later small-space living as a mother, Shaye was inspired to create homes that were not only thoughtfully designed, but genuinely highly liveable. By teaming up with a group of qualified builders, Shaye’s Tiny Homes was formed and has continued to grow ever since.

Today, we design and build exquisitely crafted tiny homes, minor dwellings and modular homes to the highest standards. Using our modular design principles, we create homes that are affordable, flexible and able to grow with you as your needs change over time.
