The Lisa design is one of our largest tiny homes, offering three generous bedrooms and a layout that feels both spacious and practical. The downstairs bedroom can fit a full wall of wardrobes, while both upstairs rooms feature full-height walkways, making them easy to use and wonderfully functional. Since its launch in 2023, the Lisa has quickly become a favourite - especially for families needing a little extra room, as well as retirees wanting cozy upstairs spaces for hobbies or visiting grandkids. We truly love the Lisa and see it as a real game-changer for anyone wanting to go tiny without compromising on space.

Large Central Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of this home with it's full height ceilings and ample space to enjoy cooking. There's enough space for a breakfast bar or dining table ensuring that this kitchen is social and suits the modern way in which most people live... cooking away whilst interacting with the family.

When designing the "Lisa" Shaye would think back to family Telly nights where the adults and kids would cuddle in to watch their favourite shows together. She wanted families living in the "Lisa" to be able to enjoy this too. Add to this large feature windows, this lounge is a joy to be in.
Main Downstairs Bedroom
With plenty of room for storage, space for a lovely big bed, a large door onto your own private deck or garden - what more could you want from a main bedroom!?
2 Upstairs Bedroom / rooms
Both upstairs bedrooms are beautiful and private sanctuaries. They are located either side of a full height staircase which can feature a magnificent skylight! Each room has it's own door for privacy and both bedrooms feel very much like bedrooms in regular homes with full height walkways and optional built in wardrobes.
