At Shaye’s Tiny Homes, we specialise in thoughtful customisation and complete custom builds. Many of our clients love being able to have real input into their design — creating a home that is truly one-of-a-kind and perfectly suited to their lifestyle.

Because custom designs require additional engineering, structural checks, steel framing plans, and tailored window and layout details, they do come with a small additional cost. Wherever possible, we aim to keep total design fees around $3,000 for a custom designed tiny home, or around $6000 for a custom designed minor dwelling/modular home. Most clients find very reasonable for a fully personalised home.

Shaye (founder and lead designer) doesn’t work on an hourly basis — instead, she collaborates closely with you, refining your design with your feedback until it feels just right. Creating a home you truly love is always her top priority.
