Minor Dwellings and Granny Flats

Certain clients of ours prefer to choose a path that involves obtaining a minor dwelling or granny flat that is permanently located, while ensuring it is constructed off site, undercover in our factory, with the same style and care  at which we excel, here at “Shaye’s Tiny Homes”. This is something we can provide as well! Every one of our single-story 'tiny home designs' can be adapted to meet building code. We suggest this choice for individuals who own land (not leasing) and prefer to maintain single-story homes. Essentially, they possess a permanent location for their residence.
