The Ashleigh design is named after Shayes very organised and stylish little sister - a perfect fitting name!
A fantastic example of modular tiny house design, the Ashleigh features 1-3 bedrooms (contained in it's own pod!), a stunning covered outdoor lounge and dining room, large bathroom, kitchen and lounge! The 'services' area of the house and the 'bedroom pod' are connected via a clever walkway built onto the porch.

A kitchen designed for entertaining!
This gorgeous kitchen was designed with indoor/outdoor flow in mind. The large L shaped design opens up onto the luxurious covered deck to create the perfect open plan entertainment area. The home pictured is our "Try a Tiny" BnB so a full sized fridge or oven wasn't required however in a full time home these could most definitely be added!
The indoor lounge for cozy TV watching or wine drinking!
The L shaped storage sofa can easily seat 5 people. This lounge is ideal for quiet nights watching TV or social dinners while one person cooks and the others chill out drinking wine on the sofa! The beautiful angled feature window lets in gorgeous light and highlights the beautiful high ceilings of the home.
Two beautiful bedrooms - both on ground floor level!
In the "Asheleigh" modular layout you can cloose between 1,2 or even 3 bedrooms. The photos on this page show the 2 bedroom version which boasts two spacious rooms - with the ability to sleep 5!

With a large 900 x 900mm shower, spacious vanity, toilet niche and tall storage cupboard, this bathroom has everything you could need. A high window for privacy, high ceilings and underfloor heating make this particular fitout absolutely divine!
